Magazzu’s New Business

We understand that Lou has been peripherally  involved with the various solar projects lately. Is it a conflict of interest for a sitting freeholder director to propose that a city utilize the services or products of his own company?

Is Lou expecting to retire sooner than a complete term as freeholder?

Is it a conflict that freeholder Jannerone is renting Lou office space for this company. Would it be a conflict if she voted  in favor of solar projects that benefited Lou’s new company?

Whatever happened to Lou’s law practice?

Where to begin. First there already is (or was) a Quantum Energy Solutions,Inc. based in California. It was recently acquired by Octus, Inc. in May. I guess Lou’s QES could be a subsidiary of Quantum Energy Solutions. Further puzzling, thought, is that Lou’s company’s website identifies the company’s name as QES Energy, LLC — and odd redundant name if the QES stands for Quantum Energy Solutions, as Lou’s business card indicates. Somebody should ask the real Quantum Energy Solutions out in California how Lou’s business fits into theirs.

Lou’s company’s website design is not very good. He should have hired Carl. And Carl, you should have volunteered to help. What are friends for?

Also, Louie there is a great big gaffe on the main page. You say “reign in spending” when you mean “rein in spending,” although, you are a helluva lot more experienced at “reigning” than you are at “reining.”
Spelling error notwithstanding, what does Lou know about “reining in spending”? Honestly, based on his budgets in Cumberland County he is good at just the opposite.

I wonder if his energy report for a business will include the advice to not pay your electric bill? That’ll save some bucks…for a while. Also, maybe he’ll advise clients to stop mowing the grass. After all, that lawnmower eats gas and that costs money. Also when you’re picking up your gratis car make sure it has a full tank. Now that is good advice. Also, while in said car, if the route is shorter, drive the wrong way down a one way street, like the one at Millville’s City Hall. After all, that also saves gas. Save more gas by not going to meetings your supposed to preside over.

Also on Lou’s website it is stated that a “bio-stimulant that will drastically boost methane gas production” can be provided. Man, I don’t know about the rest of you, but I don’t like the sound of that. I worry it involves Lou ordering large sums of refried beans from La Mexicana.

However, upon reflection, I may be being too hard on Lou. He is a notorious wind- and gasbag. And wind and gas are important components of energy. Also, when she is not comparing Lou to Jimmy Stewart, Freeholder Jannarone is likening him to the Energizer Bunny — another good trait for someone who wants to get into the energy business.

Have at it Lou. Put all that gas and wind of yours to some good use. Go west Lou. Go west.

    In the “About” section:

“All we need is a copies of your bills…”? All we need are copies of you bills OR all we need is a copy of your bill.

“The companies which will provides proposals…”? I am not even going to try. I’m not sure what he is trying to say.

In the “What We Do” section:

“develop client specific power procurement strategies…”. Is that solar power or his entanglements with the Norcross machine?

    What a douche bag.

What is interesting is that when you dial the main number you get a message that the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected. Did Lou forget to pay that utility bill, too?

  7. WuLi says:

And, when you call his fax number, that one, too has been disconnected.

  8. WuLi says:

Those numbers formerly belonged to: TRACHTMAN, GARY S., ATTY, 105 S. DELSEA DR., VINELAND, NJ 08360 and to: Adams Electric, Marlton, NJ 08053 respectively. Thanks to Sheena Santiago for pointing that out.

    wuli:
Is this the correct info on the phone number?
Lou’s # starts with the #8 & Gary’s # starts with the #6, the rest of the phone# is the same.

  10. Howdy! Would you mind if I share your blog with my
twitter group? There’s a lot of folks that I think would really appreciate your content.

    Please let me know. Cheers
