Nelson Thompson hates successful business people

Nelson Thompson, unable to run on his record, has resorted to the worst form of character assassination, hoping to distract voters from the facts. Even worse, he is so out of touch that he believes that people that have paid for their crimes should forever be held accountable. We, everyone except himself and his DUI.

Another comment made by him is more telling of his antagonism towards successful people. He stated,  “The fact is that both of my opponents are millionaires.” His two opponents are businessmen that have created jobs, and become successful the old American Way. Apparently the only way that Nelson thinks you should be able to make money is to be on Welfare, or to work for a union shop that supports his campaigns.

Make no mistake, if Nelson Thompson gets elected, small businesses and successful businesspeople will suffer.

He is also antanonistic to public sector unions. He told the the Daily Journal the the government employees unions “eat their young”. Public sector unions should treat him like the plague.

he is modeling himself after Steve Sweeney – no surprise there – 2 morons

  3. JamesRSauro says:

He’s no Steve Sweeney. I might not agree with Senator Sweeney, but he has integrity. You finish the sentence.

  4. Hang 'em High says:

Well Jim we will have to agree to disagree on this one…. Steve Sweeney has NO integrity so, in my humblest of humble opinions, Sweeney and Thompson are 2 of a kind – I wouldn’t trust either one as far as I could through Lou Magazzu against the wind

I agree with Hang-em High regarding Sweeney. Sweeney pushed hard for Lou’s re-election last year. Go back and listen to the speech he made at the Cumberland County Democratic Dinner last year. No, Sweeney is all about getting power and keeping power and spreading goodies to his friends and family, such as his brother Richard Sweeney who sits on the Delaware River Port Authority, a patronage cesspool. Let’s also not forget that when the state legislature passed a law banning one person from holding two or more elective offices that Sweeney made sure to grandfather those who were currently abusing the system, such as himself. In fact, State Senate President Sweeney is still Freeholder Director in Gloucester County!

Earlier this year he was telling everyone that he was going to vote for the same-sex marriage bill. Yet, when it came up for a vote he abstained, which is tantamout to voting “no”. The day of the vote he was still telling people he would vote for the bill!

If that’s integrity then the word has been re-defined.

Fore the Record; The Game of GOLF teaches Integrity!

Speaking of integrity issues—has anyone visited GrecoFelon.com? The site actually posts Greco’s DOB & SSN. Can you really do that? Isn’t that some kind of criminal mischief or malicious intent or something? Or since it is an arrest warrant does all right to privacy/security go away?

This one is very INTERESTING, I happen to have watched IT (Interview) Live on Good-Day:

  10. Hang 'em High says:

…….. and I was present when dual office Sweeney said during a speech..”Gloucester County is my first concern.” Now, he was saying that to a group of businessmen at an economic development conference. So, if Gloucester County is his first concern, where does that leave Cumberland County? Take a look at the state money that has been spent over the years in Gloucester County vs Cumberland County…..

Moles on High Street tell me that the Pepitone-Thompson office was a beehive of activity this afternoon with Warden Balicki serving as the queen bee in there (personally, I prefer those who serve “at the pleasure” of the freeholder board to do so with less blatant political activity, such as Minoso and Aronoff). The Fiocchi-Kirstein office was closed. I hope that is not a sign of things to come tonight. I remain hopeful.
